Acceptance and scope
These Terms are an agreement between you and INVENTIVE HILL DANIEL POLAK (“Inventive Hill,” “we,” or “us”) concerning VibeDeck Lite, including its plugin files, local helpers, setup pages, documentation, and updates. By downloading, installing, or using VibeDeck Lite, you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that organization.
Free software license
Subject to these Terms, Inventive Hill grants you a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to install and use VibeDeck Lite for personal use or internal business use. No account, activation key, recurring fee, or time limit applies.
You may not resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense, publish, remove proprietary notices from, or represent VibeDeck Lite or its assets as your own product. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Compatibility and independence
Functionality depends on compatible Stream Deck hardware and software, supported coding agents, terminals, operating systems, permissions, and third-party versions. Those parties may change or discontinue interfaces. You are responsible for their separate terms and policies.
VibeDeck Lite is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by Elgato or any supported coding-agent vendor. Their names identify compatibility only.
Your responsibility
VibeDeck Lite is a status and control interface. You must review all agent output, commands, configuration changes, and terminal actions before accepting, submitting, executing, deploying, or relying on them. Maintain source control, backups, access controls, secret management, testing, and review appropriate to your work.
Do not use VibeDeck Lite for unlawful activity, to bypass access controls, to violate another party's rights, or in safety-critical systems where an incorrect command could cause injury.
Configuration changes
Setup changes selected agent configuration only after you inspect a preview and confirm. It is designed to preserve unrelated entries, create local backups, validate writes, and roll back failed operations. These safeguards do not replace your own review or backups.
Warranty and statutory rights
VibeDeck Lite is provided in conformity with mandatory legal requirements. Except for rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every environment, or continued availability of every third-party integration.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other statutory rights available to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventive Hill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from coding-agent output, terminal commands, third-party services, user configuration, or failure to maintain backups.
This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, data-protection violations, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory remedies.
Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Inventive Hill's supply of VibeDeck Lite, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live.
